SPECIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION WORK INCLUDES WITH THE ABOVE PROPOSAL
1. FOUNDATION AND SUPERSTRUCTURE:
Earth digging for foundation up to a depth of 5 feet from Ground Level. Anti-termite treatment will be done by at the stage of foundation.
A. PLINTH HEIGHT- 2 Feet above Front Road Level
B. FLOOR HEIGHT - Plinth to slab height of the building’s 10 Feet
2. R.C.C STRUCTURE WORK RATIO:
Foundation RCC work – 1:1.5:3(M20), Plinth Beam- 1:1.5:3 (M20), Column 1:1.5:3 (M20) & slab 1:1.5:3 (M20).
Vibrator used & Mixture machine will be used for proper mixing & smoothening of the concrete.
3. BRICK WORK:
9” Thick brick wall for Outer Wall and 4½’’ thick wall for internal Wall partitions.
4. PLASTER WORK
A- Internal wall: 1:5 (Cement: Sand Ratio) with normal finish
B. External wall: 1:5(Cement: Sand Ratio) with normal finish.
